Membership Information

By now, you’ve hopefully spent time exploring our website to get a taste of who we are and what we do at Scottish Games, Renaissance Faires, and School Events where we portray the Court of Mary, Queen of Scots in the mid 16th century. We are a family friendly guild, members of all ages are welcome. Members under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult member parent/guardian. If you are interested in joining our cast you might want to spend some time with us at our next event (see calendar) to get a true sense of what it means to be a member of St Andrews and perform at Games and Faires. No acting experience is necessary to join, only a desire to learn and in turn educate and interact with the public about 16th century life. Please contact our Membership Coordinator Dame Brittah Sutherland H`elie (see contact page) if you are interested in learning more about joining St Andrews, or if you wish to spend time with us at an upcoming event. We have members who attend every faire and event, and members who attend a few. Please know that members are free to participate at whatever level they wish and as their personal schedule allows.

Membership Applications and Legal Forms

The Membership Application, the General Release, Liability Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement; and the consent forms must be completed for each member. There is a form for parents or guardians to sign for minors.  Please note that all the forms must be filled out completely and submitted with your membership fee before you will be placed on a gatelist for any faire.

Please return them to Lord Mosman as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support.

PLEASE TYPE OR PRINT LEGIBLY

If you intend to deliver your completed forms and payment to Lord Mosman during an event, THEY MUST BE ATTACHED TO EACH OTHER BY A STAPLE OR BE PLACED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE!

The loss of any one page (especially, the payment) will cause delays in getting your membership processed. This could prevent you from being named on a gate list at a faire or to be denied discounted admission to a faire or event.
